We are looking for a Reservation Sales Agent to join the team here Frasers Suites in Abuja.  As a Reservation Sales Agent, you will play a key role in managing room reservations and maximizing revenue through the effective management of inventory and rate optimization.

As Reservations What yo  What you will be doing as an Reservation Agent:

 You will be responsible for managing room inventory and rate categories to maximise occupancy, revenue and average room rate. Working closely with the Revenue, Sales and Reservations teams, you will analyse booking trends, market intelligence and performance data to support accurate forecasting and identify opportunities to increase market share.

 You will collaborate with teams across the hotel and sister properties to maximise cross-selling opportunities and ensure guest requirements are effectively communicated. You will also support, coach and motivate the Reservations team to achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent standards of customer service.

 As part of the wider team, you will build strong working relationships across departments, contribute to training and meetings, and identify opportunities to improve service delivery. You will ensure all enquiries, projects and administrative responsibilities are handled accurately and within agreed timescales, while maintaining a professional working environment and adhering to company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience within a hotel reservations sales environment for at least 2 (two) years of experience in similar role in an international branded hotel.
• Competent Word, Excel, PowerPoint and software packages
• Competent in English language oral and written skills
• Strong organisational and work coordinating skills to handle multiple assignments and projects.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS and other industry related software programs.
