Role: IT Supervisor

Frasers Hospitality is looking for a IT Supervisor to ensure the hotel’s computerized network, hardware and software are maintained to ensure their effectiveness in order to meet and exceed guest expectation

We are seeking an experienced IT Supervisor to oversee all aspects of the hotel's technology infrastructure, ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs. This role is responsible for managing IT operations, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, system performance, software licensing, vendor relationships, and user support across the property.

The successful candidate will lead the maintenance of hardware, software, networks, servers, backups, and firewall security, while driving continuous improvements to IT processes and business systems. They will provide technical support and training to colleagues, manage third-party suppliers and service agreements, maintain IT compliance standards, and ensure business continuity through effective risk management and disaster recovery planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain all IT systems, infrastructure, and business applications.

Oversee cybersecurity, firewall management, backups, and disaster recovery processes.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

Manage software licences, vendor contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Maintain user access, permissions, and IT asset registers.

Provide technical support and training to hotel teams.

Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Produce IT reports and support strategic technology initiatives.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers.

About You:

Proven experience in IT management, systems administration, or infrastructure support.

Strong knowledge of networks, servers, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.

Experience managing vendors, budgets, and software licensing.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and deliver reliable IT support in a fast-paced environment.

What we’re looking for:

IT qualification or equivalent experience.
Previous IT experience within a hotel or hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of hotel systems, hardware, software, and Microsoft Office.
